Hi, my name is Mario. I am a software engineer with around 8 years of professional experience. I had the opportunity to work on many different projects, with various team and project scopes and sizes, different technologies and architectures. I was a junior engineer to team lead and everything in-between.

Why blog?

This is my way of sharing knowledge in a consolidated way. I think that there is a lot of knowledge floating around the web but often times it is hard to find what you need specifically and even harder to organically move from one to another and learn step by step, all with proper easy-to-understand explanations and sources.

I strive to provide all of the above in a simple way, no ads, no affiliations, nothing, just pure technical knowledge.

The idea is to provide (NodeJS) zero-to-hero knowledge. So everything from the basics of variables to the ins and outs of building, deploying, and maintaining a highly used, highly scalable, and always-available system. With this goal in mind, you'll find posts covering backend development, database management, DevOps, and other general web topics.

Topics will be organised into different levels, such as beginner, intermediate, advanced, and professional. Each level will go deeper into specific subjects, offering more in-depth knowledge as you progress.
